Do you want a challenge? "Bring it on!", said the students. To become a Black Belt Champion in life we train our students to overcome adversity with an enthusiastic attitude. This type of mentality allows us to see an obstacle as the way through to becoming our best and reaching for our next level of greatness. Most challenges that people run into are created by their own limitations and allow it to deter them from reaching their next level potential. This creation of self doubt can be easily altered by changing our perception towards the obstacle and develop a more compelling reason to push through what stands in our way.
Example: "Eating salad is boring."
Perception Change: "Eating this salad will make me feel energized and allow me to look great as well!"
This focus change towards the obstacles that stands in your way will give you the power to push through and achieve your goals.
