✔️Be happy for others successes but don’t use them as a measurement for your success. Instead see it as inspiration not competition.

😃ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE: When you complain you remain the same. What you appreciate, appreciates.

✔️Journal everyday or say to yourself 3 things you are grateful.

😃ENVIRONMENT: If you hang around 5 negative people you are bound to become the 6th one.

✔️Who is a positive influence in your life? Get around them more.

😃DO YOUR BEST AND FORGET THE REST: Stop focusing on perfection. Instead focus on small progress constantly.

✔️Remind and tell yourself, “Do your best and forget the rest.”
